songbird is an alternative mediaplayer designed by mozilla foundation. also available for linux (of course!). I used this software mainly because I needed
it in linux. it is ipod compatible so songs can be imported and exported in unix enviroment. as a matter of fact I tried to connect my ipod but it failed:( maybe I am too young (or too old) for this...
